By engaging Accurix Logistics L.L.C. for any service (whether via our website, WhatsApp, email or verbal agreement), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Accurix provides freight coordination and supply chain advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Freight coordination (air, sea and road, via partner carriers)
• Local transport coordination (FTL, LTL and express) within the UAE
• Container movement coordination (port collection, empty returns, repositioning)
• Customs clearance coordination through licensed specialist partners
• Last-mile delivery coordination within the UAE
• Vendor management and logistics oversight
• Supply chain advisory and cost optimisation
• New market entry logistics setup

We act as a coordinating and advisory party. Physical carrier services, customs clearance and last-mile delivery are executed by vetted third-party specialists under our supervision.

All quotes provided by Accurix are indicative and valid for 48 hours from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing is subject to:

• Carrier rate changes at time of booking
• Actual cargo weight, volume and dimensions at loading
• Currency fluctuations where applicable
• Any additional services requested after the initial quote

Transit times, delivery windows, clearance estimates and other timelines or performance figures shown on this website or in quotations are indicative only. Actual times and outcomes vary with cargo volume, weight and dimensions, carrier schedules and capacity, seasonality, customs and inspection requirements, and prevailing market conditions.

Response-time targets communicated by Accurix (including our typical quote turnaround of 2 business hours) are service goals, not contractual commitments.

We will notify you of any material pricing changes before confirming your shipment.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete cargo details (description, weight, dimensions, value, HS codes where known)
• Ensuring all goods comply with UAE import regulations and any applicable export regulations in the country of origin
• Providing required documentation promptly (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates as applicable)
• Notifying us immediately of any changes to shipment details

Accurix accepts no liability for delays or costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Our liability in respect of any loss, damage or delay to cargo is limited to the extent permitted by applicable international conventions (including but not limited to the Montreal Convention for air freight and the Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight) and UAE law.

Accurix is not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by the carrier, customs authority, or any third-party handler
• Delays due to customs inspection, port congestion, weather or force majeure
• Consequential, indirect or special losses of any kind

We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all shipments. We can assist in arranging cover upon request.

Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Freight charges are payable prior to cargo release or delivery
• Advisory and management fees are invoiced monthly in arrears
• Overdue payments accrue interest at 2% per month

We reserve the right to withhold cargo documentation or delivery until outstanding amounts are settled.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all commercial information shared during the course of the relationship, including pricing, supplier details, cargo contents and operational data, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

All content on accurixlogistics.ae (including text, design, graphics and branding) is the property of Accurix Logistics L.L.C. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice, provided there are no outstanding shipments in progress. Shipments already booked and in transit will be completed under the existing terms.

In the event of material breach by the client, Accurix reserves the right to suspend service immediately pending resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

We are always willing to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings. Please contact hello@accurixlogistics.ae in the first instance.
